13th June 2022. A new free to attend 3-day arts community festival has been announced taking place in the Elephant and Castle area of London and is scheduled for 29th - 31st July 2022. The festival will feature contemporary urban street art, theatre, culture, magic, dancing, puppetry and more. The event will be a unique blend of internationally renowned street performers and local community arts groups.

10th June 2022. Organisers of Scotland’s conference of hip hop & underground culture have announced their line-up for the event scheduled for 27th August 2022. The line-up includes NoLay, Bash The Entertainer, Mace the Great, LOTOS, AiiTee and MC Salum. The event will host panel discussions, workshops, exhibitions, music showcases, DJ sets, live graffiti and networking opportunities. Tickets are available now for anyone interested.

9th June 2022. The Live at Lydiard music festival scheduled for 20th August 2022 has been cancelled according to an announcement made today. The statement on their website said that ‘’due to a number of competing factors out of our control, it is with great regret that we have to cancel Live at Lydiard 2022’’. No further explanation was given about the specific circumstances quoted. The event was to feature Rag’N’Bone Man, Jax Jones, Blue DeTiger and Example. Ticketholders will be refunded automatically.

8th June 2022. Organisers of the 4-day family festival in Shropshire have announced the availability of limited day tickets for the event scheduled for 18th - 21st August 2022. Also announced were the day split line-up with headliners including The Proclaimers, Sasha, Becky Hill, Fatboy Slim, Example, Sara Cox, Rag’N’Bone Man and Shed Seven. The statement says that the limited day tickets will go on sale on 8th June 2022 at 10.00am BST.

7th June 2022. The Lamplight Festival scheduled for 5th - 7th August 2022 has been cancelled for the third year in a row. Organisers stated on a Facebook post that due to circumstances beyond their control they are unable to deliver a high-quality event and have had to make this unfortunate decision to cancel the event in full, although no explanation was given about the specific circumstances quoted. The event was to feature Jack Savoretti, the Kaiser Chiefs and Deacon Blue. Ticket holders will be contacted in due course regarding refunds. 

6th June 2022. A new free to attend pet friendly 2-day festival has been announced to take place in Strathclyde Country Park scheduled for 6th - 7th August 2022. The festival will feature a street food village, food and craft market, kidz zone, picnic area, sporting activities, bar and cocktail trucks and live music from the big stage. Ticket booking is available now for anyone interested.

3rd June 2022. Organisers of the popular EDM festival in Belgium have announced the availability of more tickets for the event scheduled for 15th - 31st July 2022. The festival attracts about 400,000 visitors each year and tickets notoriously get snapped up within minutes of going on sale making the event sold out. The statement says that an additional 10,000 tickets will be made available for sale on 7th June 2022 at 19.00 CEST.

2nd June 2022. Organisers of the multi-venue festival in Hackney Wick by trans and queer club collectives and communities have announced their line-up for the event scheduled for 30th July 2022. The line-up of 110 artists includes Lakuti, SHERELLE, I. JORDAN, Juliana Huxtable, Midland, Shy One, Angel D'lite, Powder, Lotic, Peach, Saoirse, Dan Beaumont and Anna Gram. 1st June 2022. A new 2-day festival has been announced taking place at MediaCity and Salford Quays scheduled for 10th - 11th September 2022. The free festival will feature sports, music, comedy, theatre, dance, workshops, talks, food, charity, wellness, crafts and more. The event is a result of collaboration between the BBC, The Lowry and hundreds of local and community organisations. The full programme announcement will be made in the early summer. 

31st May 2022. A new 3-day festival has been announced by the organisers who previously ran the Festival of Beer and is scheduled for 19th - 21st August 2022. The event will feature a mixture of music, wellness, comedy and food. The line-up of artists includes Orbital, Quantic, Elder Island, The Staves, Nightmares on Wax, Norman Jay MBE, Erol Alkan, Roni Size, Luke Una, Ishmael Ensemble, Dr Banana and Gina Breeze plus many more. 30th May 2022. Organisers of the family friendly festival in Limavady have announced their final line-up for the event scheduled for 30th June - 2nd July 2022. Artists added in the final wave include DJ Yoda, Bronagh Gallagher, Scratch Perverts, NI Opera, Here Come The Landed Gentry, Louise Da Costa and The Unholy Gospel Choir. They join previously announced headliners Sister Sledge, Villagers, Simon and Oscar, Hayseed Dixie and Lisa McHugh. Tickets are still available for anyone interested. 

27th May 2022. Thailand's premier music and arts festival returns later this year with dates confirmed for 15th - 18th December 2022. The event known for its carbon-neutral celebration of the arts and sustainable living will feature world class performance artists along with workshops and great food. Tickets will be go on sale soon for anyone interested. 

26th May 2022. Organisers of Pride in Hull have announced a new ticketed event scheduled for 30th July 2022 to celebrate 21 years of Pride in Hull, the annual events regularly attracts up to 50,000 visitors. The full line-up is yet to be announced but already confirmed are Trinity Taylor, Boyzlife, Queenz, Liberty X and DJ Mike Tollan. Tickets are available now for anyone interested. 

25th May 2022. Organisers of the EDM festival next to the watersports mecca in Reading have announced their final line-up for the event scheduled for 30th July 2022. Artists include Darius Syrossian, Sidney Charles, DJOKO, Prunk, Mad Villa, Artmann, Tommy Vercetti, DJ Caspa, Ruze, Aron Volta, Andrew Azara, JRSP, PSTW, Max Dean, Ozzie Guven, Wodda, Hart & Neenan Paige Tomlinson, DXNBY and Tuff London plus many more. Limited tickets are still available for anyone interested.

24th May 2022.. The Leighton Live Festival scheduled for 3rd - 5th June 2022 has been cancelled. Organisers stated that due to spiralling costs and the potential risk to their primary event, Highest Point, they have sadly made the decision to cancel Leighton Live. The event was to feature UB40, The Halle and Sister Sledge. Tickets will be refunded automatically in the coming days. 

23rd May 2022. Organisers of the 3-day music festival in Edinburgh have announced additions to their line-up for the event scheduled for 26th - 28th August 2022. New artists added are IDLES, Jessie Buckley, Bernard Butler, Holly Humberstone, Joesef and TAAHLIAH. They join previously announced headliners Chemical Brothers, Massive Attack, Bombay Bicycle Club, Mogwai, Little Simz, Black Coffee, John Grant, Bonobo, The Twilight Sad, Caribou and The National. 20th May 2022. Organisers of the 3-day multi-venue festival in Liverpool have announced their line-up for the event scheduled for 29th -31st July 2022. Headliners include UB40, ASWAD, De La Soul, Heather Small, Kojey Radical, Berwyn, No Fakin, Liam Bailey, Robbo Ranx, House Gospel Choir, Terri Walker, DJ Ronnie Herel and The Zutons plus many more. 19th May 2022. Organisers of the 3-day multi-venue festival in and around Morecambe have announced their line-up for the event scheduled for 8th -10th July 2022. The 125 mainly local artists include James Shields, Molly Warburton, Morecambe Ukulele Club, Mad 4, Paul Akister, The Howling Clowns, The Bottlenecks and Twenty Four Seven. The event is intended to be free to attend.

18th May 2022. Organisers of the 4-day multi-arts festival in Exmouth have announced their full line-up for free event scheduled for 2nd - 5th June 2022. Artists include Cut Capers, Space and Musical Youth, Ruby May Spencer, The Barefoot Bandit, Not The Cowboys, All Jazzed Up and The Grimm Sisters. Although the event is free to attend donations are welcome. 

17th May 2022. The K-Pop Flex brand have announced dates for their new mega festival taking place at London’s O2 Arena on 22nd - 24th September 2023. The full line-up is yet to be announced but is likely to include artists like Monsta X, ENHYPEN, NCT Dream and Mamamoo who are already confirmed for the K-Pop Flex Frankfurt event. Tickets will be available soon for anyone interested.

16th May 2022. Organisers of the UK’s largest music festival have announced their Croissant Neuf stage line-up for the event scheduled for 22nd - 26th June 2022. Their announcement includes artists Cut Capers, Moulettes, K.O.G, Steve Knightley & Seth Lakeman, Sam Lee, TC & The Groove Family, Taimane, Emmanuel Jal, Katy J Pearson Band, Baskery, Penelope Isles and The Longest Johns plus many more. The event has been sold out for some time.

13th May 2022. Organisers of the 4-day summer festival have announced additions to their line-up for the event scheduled to take place on 6th - 9th July 2022. This week organisers added Human League, Blancmange and Altered Images. They join previously announced artists The Specials, James Blunt, Rebecca Ferguson, The Lottery Winners and Cameo. 12th May 2022. Organisers of the UK’s largest music festival have announced their Glade Stage and Glade Dome line-up for the event scheduled for 22nd - 26th June 2022. Their announcement includes artists Carl Cox, Andy C, Camel Phat, Annie Mac, Gong, Danny Howard, Sasha, John Digweed, Don Letts, Dub Pistols and Stanton Warriors plus many more. The event has been sold out for some time.

11th May 2022. Organisers of the 4-day festival in 24 Glasgow venues have announced their full programme for the event scheduled for 16th - 19th June 2022. The event's Twitter feed has confirmed artists Buster Williams, Ryan Quigley, James Taylor Quartet, Georgia Cécile, Ebi Soda, Binker Golding, Anita Wardell, TRYPL, Fergus McCreadie and Marianne McGregor plus many more. 10th May 2022. A new music festival for tribute acts has been announced by organiser Jack Fry and will take place in Plymouth’s Central Park scheduled for 5th - 7th August 2022. The line-up so far includes Little Chix, Hariana, Spice Forever, Abba Inferno, Katy Ellis, Tom White, 24k Bruno, Maximum Robbie, Take@That and many more. Tickets are available now for anyone interested. 

9th May 2022. Organisers from Pxssy Palace, the LGBTQ+ arts platform have announced the date for their Overflo Festival which will take place on 18th September 2022. Artists will be announced weekly in the run up to the festival date. Priority release tickets have sold out already so anyone interested will have to wait for future releases. 

6th May 2022. Organisers of the 3-day festival have announced additions to their line-up for the event scheduled for 28th - 30th July 2022. New artists include Ash, Sam Ryder, Edwyn Collins, Christone Kingfish Ingram, Vistas, The Academic, Kawala, Blue Rose Code, Matilda Mann, Lottery Winners, Uninvited, Dadi Freyr and Daytime TV. They join previously announced headliners Nile Rodgers, Van Morrison, Emeli Sande, Passenger, The Fratellis, Shed Seven and Stiff Little Finders. 5th May 2022. Organisers of the 4-day festival recently announced their comedy line-up for the event scheduled for 26th - 29th May 2022. There will be 18 comedians including Scott Bennett, Lindsey Santoro and Jack Gleadow. Music acts already announced include Placebo, Patti Smith & Band, The Flaming Lips, The Hives, The Selecter, Craig Charles, Peter Hook & The Light, Wilko Johnson, Dub Pistols and Subgiant plus many more. 4th May 2022. Organisers of the 2-day festival celebrating its 10th anniversary have announced their full line-up for the event scheduled for 1st - 2nd July 2022. Artists will include Tony Hadley, The Proclaimers, ABC, Maxi Priest, Toploader, Peter Hook & The Light, The Real Thing, Bad Manners, Toyah and Heatwave.
