New Event

13th June 2022. A new free to attend 3-day arts community festival has been announced taking place in the Elephant and Castle area of London and is scheduled for 29th - 31st July 2022. The festival will feature contemporary urban street art, theatre, culture, magic, dancing, puppetry and more. The event will be a unique blend of internationally renowned street performers and local community arts groups.

10th June 2022. Organisers of Scotland’s conference of hip hop & underground culture have announced their line-up for the event scheduled for 27th August 2022. The line-up includes NoLay, Bash The Entertainer, Mace the Great, LOTOS, AiiTee and MC Salum. The event will host panel discussions, workshops, exhibitions, music showcases, DJ sets, live graffiti and networking opportunities. Tickets are available now for anyone interested.

9th June 2022. The Live at Lydiard music festival scheduled for 20th August 2022 has been cancelled according to an announcement made today. The statement on their website said that ‘’due to a number of competing factors out of our control, it is with great regret that we have to cancel Live at Lydiard 2022’’. No further explanation was given about the specific circumstances quoted. The event was to feature Rag’N’Bone Man, Jax Jones, Blue DeTiger and Example. Ticketholders will be refunded automatically.

Andy Robertson - Wednesday 8 June 2022

8th June 2022. Organisers of the 4-day family festival in Shropshire have announced the availability of limited day tickets for the event scheduled for 18th - 21st August 2022. Also announced were the day split line-up with headliners including The Proclaimers, Sasha, Becky Hill, Fatboy Slim, Example, Sara Cox, Rag’N’Bone Man and Shed Seven. The statement says that the limited day tickets will go on sale on 8th June 2022 at 10.00am BST.

7th June 2022. The Lamplight Festival scheduled for 5th - 7th August 2022 has been cancelled for the third year in a row. Organisers stated on a Facebook post that due to circumstances beyond their control they are unable to deliver a high-quality event and have had to make this unfortunate decision to cancel the event in full, although no explanation was given about the specific circumstances quoted. The event was to feature Jack Savoretti, the Kaiser Chiefs and Deacon Blue. Ticket holders will be contacted in due course regarding refunds.

New Event

6th June 2022. A new free to attend pet friendly 2-day festival has been announced to take place in Strathclyde Country Park scheduled for 6th - 7th August 2022. The festival will feature a street food village, food and craft market, kidz zone, picnic area, sporting activities, bar and cocktail trucks and live music from the big stage. 3rd June 2022. Organisers of the popular EDM festival in Belgium have announced the availability of more tickets for the event scheduled for 15th - 31st July 2022. The festival attracts about 400,000 visitors each year and tickets notoriously get snapped up within minutes of going on sale making the event sold out. The statement says that an additional 10,000 tickets will be made available for sale on 7th June 2022 at 19.00 CEST.

2nd June 2022. Organisers of the multi-venue festival in Hackney Wick by trans and queer club collectives and communities have announced their line-up for the event scheduled for 30th July 2022. The line-up of 110 artists includes Lakuti, SHERELLE, I. JORDAN, Juliana Huxtable, Midland, Shy One, Angel D'lite, Powder, Lotic, Peach, Saoirse, Dan Beaumont and Anna Gram. New Event

1st June 2022. A new 2-day festival has been announced taking place at MediaCity and Salford Quays scheduled for 10th - 11th September 2022. The free festival will feature sports, music, comedy, theatre, dance, workshops, talks, food, charity, wellness, crafts and more. The event is a result of collaboration between the BBC, The Lowry and hundreds of local and community organisations. The full programme announcement will be made in the early summer.

31st May 2022. A new 3-day festival has been announced by the organisers who previously ran the Festival of Beer and is scheduled for 19th - 21st August 2022. The event will feature a mixture of music, wellness, comedy and food. The line-up of artists includes Orbital, Quantic, Elder Island, The Staves, Nightmares on Wax, Norman Jay MBE, Erol Alkan, Roni Size, Luke Una, Ishmael Ensemble, Dr Banana and Gina Breeze plus many more. 30th May 2022. Organisers of the family friendly festival in Limavady have announced their final line-up for the event scheduled for 30th June - 2nd July 2022. Artists added in the final wave include DJ Yoda, Bronagh Gallagher, Scratch Perverts, NI Opera, Here Come The Landed Gentry, Louise Da Costa and The Unholy Gospel Choir. 24th May 2022.. The Leighton Live Festival scheduled for 3rd - 5th June 2022 has been cancelled. Organisers stated that due to spiralling costs and the potential risk to their primary event, Highest Point, they have sadly made the decision to cancel Leighton Live. The event was to feature UB40, The Halle and Sister Sledge. Tickets will be refunded automatically in the coming days.

17th May 2022. The K-Pop Flex brand have announced dates for their new mega festival taking place at London’s O2 Arena on 22nd - 24th September 2023.
